**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) After entering into a compromise before the Mediation Centre of this Court, the accused had come up before this Court seeking quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that after that the complainant resiled and has refused to abide by the statements made before the Mediation Centre. Given above, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh quashing petition on merits. Petition stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
