Learned counsel for Union of India, at the outset, submits that delay is taking place on account of non-receipt of report from High Commission, Malaysia-Kualalumpur, nevertheless, an appropriate order would be passed within eight weeks from today. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the aforesaid arrangements.
