**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned notice/announcement dated 04.12.2018 (Annexure P-9).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the judgment dated 14.09.2017 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-18921-2017 titled as Subhash Chander and others vs Haryana Staff Selection Commission, notice of motion in the present case was issued on 15.12.2018. He further submits that the State filed an appeal against the judgment dated 14.09.2017, which has been allowed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. He, thus, does not press the present petition.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact. Dismissed as not pressed.
