Report of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar has been received wherein it has been reported that two witnesses of the complainant namely CW-1 Jagtar Singh and CW-2 Darshan Singh have been examined in preliminary evidence and that now the matter is fixed for 7th December, 2019 for recording remaining preliminary evidence. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall conclude his evidence on the next date of hearing.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, it is directed that as and when the petitioner closes his evidence, the trial Court shall proceed with the matter in GAURAV SOROT 2019.12.05 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
