(Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No.1 for taking action upon his representation (Annexure P-3) and to execute the arrest warrants against respondents No.2 and 3, which were issued by HRERA Panchkula in complaint No.981 and 1323 of 2018.

Learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petition be decided by passing any order. The approach adopted by the counsel for the petitioner reflects many things, including complete lack of interest in this case.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
