(Oral) Main relief claimed in the petition was to provide adequate protection for lives and liberty of the petitioner as they were apprehending imminent danger at the instance of respondents No.4 to 6. Counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of the petition, both the petitioners are residing happily together as husband and wife and there is no fresh threat perception at the instance of private respondents.

Therefore, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
