Petitioner has approached this Court by way of present petition praying for granting him regular bail in case FIR No.14 dated 15.05.2024 under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 66(C) and 66 (D) of Information and Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Punjab State Cyber Crime SAS Nagar, District SAS Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order dated 07.10.2024, vide which the petitioner was granted interim bail, he has appeared before the trial Court, who has admitted him to interim bail and has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Daljeet Singh, who is present in Court, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regarding deposit of passport etc. imposed by this Court while granting interim bail. He has further submitted that the investigation is complete and the challan is also presented and the matter is pending before the trial Court. In view of the above facts, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 07.10.2024, is made absolute subject to his already furnished surety/bail bonds before the trial Court and the same shall be treated as alive till the final disposal of the trial. The petitioner is directed to keep on appearing before the trial Court as and when required to do so and also to comply with the direction of the trial Court given by it during the pendency of the trial. 6.
