In the present petition, the claim of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working with respondent No. 5 as Tube-well Operator, but his salary has not been released since May, 2022 till date and that too without any valid justification. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents are under obligation to grant the petitioner's salary alongwith arrears.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance in the representation dated NIL (Annexure P-4) but the same is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondentState and submits that in case, the representation dated NIL (Annexure P-4) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be RIYA 2023.11.09 11:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
