Heard.
As per order dated 19.11.2018 passed in CWP-28660 of 2018, directions were issued as follows:- "(i) The petitioners shall file the objections/representations before concerned authority and thereafter, the said authority shall decide it in accordance with law within a period of two weeks therefrom if so desired upon hearing the petitioners. The petitioners shall place the copy of this order before the concerned authority."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had moved representations Annexure P-2 to P-4 to the concerned authorities, which were decided on 10.12.2018 by Sub Divisional Magistrate-cumElectoral Registration Officer, Jaitu. COCP-9876-2018 -2period of two weeks, as such, there is non-compliance of order dated 19.11.2018.
It appears that after the passing of order in the writ petition, petitioners have not filed any fresh representation, however, the order has been passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Electoral Registration Officer, Jaitu, on the previous representations. As the petitioners have not come up with any fresh representation before any other authority, there appears no non-compliance of the order. No further action is required in this petition. The same is dismissed.
