JUSTICE MANJARI NEHRU KAUL PRESENT: Mr. Gaurav Deep Goyal, Advocate for Mr. Simranjeet Singh, Advocate for the petitioner(s). **** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the impugned letter dated 27.11.2018 (Annexure P-3) and all the proceedings under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the SARFAESI Act, 2002').
