Present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, has been filed by petitioners, seeking quashing of police inquiry notice bearing No. 2102-5A dated 23.07.2025 and all other subsequent notices issued by Economic Offence Wing-2, Manesar, Gurugram, in pursuance to complaint No.14098/CP/25/APR dated 18.07.2025, of respondent No.4. 2.

Heard both the learned Senior counsel.

Agreeing with the submissions raised by learned Senior counsel for the complainant-respondent No.4 that, as of now, police authorities are only enquiring into the allegations levelled by respondent No.4 in the complaint filed by her against the petitioners and the Court cannot monitor the investigation, which is purely the realm of the police authorities. The present petition is, thus, disposed of with a direction to the HAMANT 2025.09.25 19:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
