Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.19 dated 13.04.2024, registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC and Section 24 of Emigration Act, 1983 at Police Station NRI District Kapurthala.

By virtue of order dated 07.10.2024, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.
