(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the claim made by the petitioner is for the release of the remaining pensionary benefits as well as the amount which he spent on the treatment of his wife for which he had already submitted the bills for medical reimbursement. Counsel for the petitioner states that for the relief which has been sought in the present writ petition, the petitioner has served respondents with a legal notice on 16.11.2018 (Annexure P-3), which is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is given to the respondents to decide the said legal notice.

CWP-32153-2018 -2respondents are directed to decide the legal notice dated 16.11.2018 (Annexure P-3) by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
