(Oral) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner in respect of grant of variation of the conditions of permit No.19/Reg/13 by way of diversion of Bathinda to Raman via Jassi, Kartar Singhwala, Kotshmir, Kalie Bander, Jiwan Singh Wala, Bhagi Bander, Mahi Nangal, Laluana, Kamalu route to operate via Talwandi Sabo instead of going through Mahi Nangal and also to increase the trips from two to four on such varied route.

Precisely, for the grievance in question, the petitioner has also issued a legal notice in this context on 01.11.2022 but the same has not been adverted to by the respondents so far. JYOTI SHARMA 2022.12.05 17:06 I attest to the authenticity and accuracy of this order/judgment
