Accordingly, the application is allowed and petition titled 'Mohit Kumar Vs. Kirandeep Kaur' filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Shri Muktsar Sahib is withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to Family Court at Bathinda for disposal in accordance with law.

The parties through their counsel are directed to appear in the transferee Court on 26.4.2019. Copies of orders be sent to the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Shri Muktsar Sahib as well as to the Family Court at Bathinda for information and necessary compliance.
