This is a petition under Sections 10 and 11 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 29.08.2024 passed in CWP3558-2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent has filed a compliance affidavit of Sh. Deepak Ghanghas, Estate Officer, HSVP, Rewari, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the order dated 29.08.2024 has been duly complied with inasmuch as an alternative plot already stands allotted to the petitioner.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged.
