The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for quashing the impugned order dated 19.11.2018 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the trial Court has acquitted the petitioner vide judgment dated 16.05.2019 and, hence, nothing survive in the present petition.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same stands dismissed.
