The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No.80 dated 09.10.2019 registered under Section 406, 498-A and 120-B IPC at Police Station Women, District Patiala.

By an order dated 13.11.2019 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to petitioners and directed them to join investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that matter has been compromised between petitioners and the complainant and all articles have been returned to the complainant. 4.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from IO submits that in fact, petitioners have not joined investigation pursuant to the order passed by this Court, however, a compromise deed duly executed between the parties is available on the investigation file, which would reveal that the matter has been settled.
