**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner was appointed as Assistant professor in the respondentDepartment. She worked at GCG Panchkula up to 04.01.2013 and thereafter, at Jind for some time. She made a request for transfer from Government P.G. College for Women, Panchkula to Government College for girls, Palwal Kurukshetra in May, 2018 and thereafter at Government College, Taraori, Karnal. Thereafter, vide order dated 26.06.2018, the petitioner was ordered to be deputed from Government College for Women Panchkula to Government College, Taraori Karnal, as the petitioner was declared surplus at Government College for Women Panchkula. However, instead of transferring the petitioner to Government College, Taraori Karnala, now the respondents passed order dated 04.12.2018 whereby respondent No. 3 who is working as Government College, Bherian is ordered to be transferred at GCG Palwal, Kurukshetra against vacant post.

In this regard, the petitioner has made an applications (P-1 and P-2) but no action has been taken till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the applications (P-1 and P-2) of the petitioners. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two wrrks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
