(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 407 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., for transfer of petition bearing No. COMA/193/2018 dated 23.10.2018 (Annexure P-1) titled as 'Dr. Dinesh Singh vs. Madhu Singh and others', under Section 12 of the Protection of Victim from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kurukshetra.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such as, the main complaint (Annexure P-1) was dismissed is default by the learned trial Court vide order dated 24.02.2023 and no notice regarding revival of the same has been received as yet. Copy of order dated 24.02.2023 passed by the learned trial Court, is taken on record. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
