RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to call for the status report and take necessary action on the complaint dated 08.07.2019, Annexure P-4, 08.1.2019, Annexure P-1 and 16.01.2020, Annexure P-5, given by the petitioner against the private respondents.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed three complaints in the years 2019 and 2020 however, no action has been taken on the same.

Notice of motion to respondents No1 to 4 only at this stage. On the asking of the Court, Mr.Karunesh Kaushal, AAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. the Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, that in case the petitioner files a detailed representation before him within fifteen days from today, then MEENU 2022.12.02 16:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
