CRM-M-48088-2019 Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the order dated 31.10.2019 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, whereby the custody of the children was given to respondent.

In view of the request made in the above application, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
