Learned State counsel submits that neither the challan has been appended with the present petition and even the charges already stand framed as also the names of two injured namely Sawan and Parveen have not been mentioned in the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, realizing that the Court is not inclined, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
