******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Petitioner has sought direction to respondents No.1 to 5 to hand over the investigation of case bearing FIR No.164 dated 24.11.2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Nehianwala, District Bathinda to any other police station.

As per reply, police after investigation has presented challan against four accused named in the FIR in Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bathinda on 15.01.2019.

As the investigation in this case is complete, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail other legal remedy available to her.
