The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.486 dated 14.10.2023 registered under Sections 409. 418, 420, 466, 467, 468 and 469 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Badshahpur, District Gurugram and all consequential proceedings emanation therefrom. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that since the cancellation report in the present case has been filed, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
