After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of present writ petition, with further prayer that the respondents be directed to decide the show cause notice, at the earliest, as the petitioner has already filed its reply.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the suspension of registration is seriously affecting the business of the petitioner. 3.

Having noticed facts of the case and that the show cause notice was issued for cancellation of the registration on 08th July, 2024, and at the same time, the registration had also been suspended, we direct respondent No.4 - Superintendent, Goods and Service Tax (GST), Fatehgarh Sahib, Range-III, Ward No.5, Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab to decide the show cause notice within a period of 15 days henceforth. 4.

With aforesaid observation, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw present writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
