the petitioners do not possess valid passports, they are presently not in a position to execute any attorney. He further submits that the petitioners intend to travel to India.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 submits that if the petitioners are willing to travel to India, they may approach the Indian High Commission in Malaysia and apply for issuance of an Emergency Certificate/travel document. It is further submitted that in the event of such an application being filed by the petitioners, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority within a period of one week from the date of its submission.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in view of the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to apply before the Indian High Commission in Malaysia for issuance of an Emergency Certificate/travel document, so as to enable them to travel to India.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
