Prayer in this writ petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 25.07.2018, Annexure P-1, passed by respondent no.3 whereby claim of the petitioner for allotment of 100 sq. feet plot has been rejected. Contention on behalf of learned counsel for the respondentsState was noted on the last date of hearing to the effect that policy dated 01.02.2008 (Annexure P-2) was subsequently clarified whereby it is specifically provided that for a family to be eligible for allotment of a plot measuring 100 sq. feet under the weaker section it should be resident of the village concerned continuously for the last minimum period of 15 years, therefore, the petition is liable to be dismissed.
