Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 28.10.2020 Gohana, Sonepat 302, 201, 34 IPC and 25 of Arms Act PeƟƟoner whose bail has been rejected on two occasions has again come up before this Court for third Ɵme without any change in circumstance under SecƟon 483 BNSS, 2023.

Vide order dated 22.04.2022 passed in CRM-M No.34325 of 2021, this Court had dismissed the bail peƟƟon by menƟoning reasoning in para no.5 of the peƟƟon which reads as follows:- "AŌer brutally killing both persons, the accused dumped the dead bodies in the drain. The role of peƟƟoner can only be ascertained aŌer all the witnesses are examined and not before that. An analysis of the allegaƟons and evidence collected does not warrant the grant of bail to the peƟƟoner." 3.

There is no change in circumstance.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is dismissed. All pending applicaƟons, if any also stands disposed.
