NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.266 dated 17.05.2016 under Sections 336, 420 IPC and Sections 15(2) and 15(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, registered at Police Station Puhana, District Nuh and challan dated 17.03.2018 (Annexure P-3) forwarded on 19.03.2018 under Sections 420, 336 IPC and Sections 15(2) and 15(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and setting aside order dated 07.08.2019 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nuh, vide which revision has been dismissed and order dated 18.09.2019 (Annexure P-4) vide which the petitioner has been ordered to be charged for having committed offence punishable under Sections 420, 336 IPC and Sections 15(2) and 15(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
