(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to issue Form U.S. 4 and to get sanction the mutation in favour of the petitioner and other legal heirs of the deceased- Sh. Umedpal.

On advance service of copy of petition, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana appears on behalf of the respondent-State. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Ashish, SDM, Rohtak, submits that the claim of the petitioner has already stands rejected vide order dated 03.12.2024.
