The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-14627-2024, whereby direction was issued to the Administrationrespondents to pass specific orders. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-14627-2024, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 03.02.2026 of Naresh Goyal, Managing Director, The Haryana State Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Limited, along with speaking order dated 30.09.2025 passed by him, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 in the Registry. In view of the above, since order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-14627-2024, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 30.09.2025 passed by the Managing Director, The Haryana State Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Limited. 6.
