Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of order dated 08.04.2019 passed in CWP-9446-2019, speaking order dated 14.01.2020 has been passed by the Executive Engineer, W/S and Sanitation Division no. 2, Ferozepur, copy of which has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail other legal remedy avail to him under the law.
