(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.2 that for the purpose of verification of the validity of gradation certificate of the petitioner, same be verified from physical documents from the office of respondent No.4 i.e. the gradation certificate issuing authority, in case the name of the petitioner is not found/shown in the list of recent uploaded gradation list on the official website of the Department of Sports and Youth Affairs, Government of Haryana.

On advance service, the learned State counsel appears and opposes the petition inter alia on the ground that the same has been filed merely on the basis of an unfounded apprehension and nothing adverse is contemplated at this stage. In any case, obviously the petitioner is at liberty to file representation and the same shall be looked into by the competent authority.
