RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of impugned order dated 27.05.2019, Annexure P-4, passed by respondent No.1 as well as order dated 23.12.2016, Annexure P-2, passed by respondent No.2, respectively, being illegal and contrary to law. It is also prayed to stay the operation of impugned order dated 27.05.2019 and 23.12.2016, Annexures P-4 and P-2, respectively, during pendency of the present petition.
Learned State counsel, on instructions, has submitted that fresh process for appointment of Lambardar has already been initiated and the petitioner has also applied for the same.
In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. However, petitioner would be at liberty to pursue his remedy in case any further cause of action accrues to him in accordance with law. December 11, 2023 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
