The delay of 69 days and 36 days in filing and refiling the appeals, respectively, is condoned, subject to all the just exceptions. CMs stand disposed of CM-2982-CI-2021 in RFA-1412-2021 For the reasons stated in the application which is supported by an affidavit, the application for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased late Sh. Dariya Singh, is allowed, subject to all the just exceptions.
