The cancellation repot has been filed relying upon FSL report dated 04.09.2023.

Since the protest petition against the cancellation report is still pending before the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to contest the cancellation report by filing his own protest petition, and liberty to challenge the FSL report as well.

Ordered accordingly.

In case the FSL report is challenged, the Court below shall consider the same and pass a speaking order in accordance with law. Disposed of.
