Learned counsel for the petitioner having failed to comply with the order dated 30.10.2023 has very fairly submitted that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the competent Court or any other competent authority in accordance with law with better particulars.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the liberty granted, if any, is only on the request of the counsel for the petitioner and is not a direction. 4.

It is further made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioner, in case, he is found involved in any illegal activity and the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
