SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for seeking quashing of the criminal Complaint No.NACT/1148/2019 dated 07.12.2019, titled as "HDFC Bank Ltd. Vs. Krishan Kumar" (Annexure P-1), filed by respondent No.1, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Fatehabad, along with the summoning order dated 07.12.2019 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition in hand has been rendered infructuous in view of order dated 28.10.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Fatehabad (Haryana). 3.
