Complaint No. NACT/36/2022, titled as Ramandeep Vs. Anil Kumar under Section 138 NI Act.

Seeking quashing of the above captioned complaint and emanating proceedings pending before the trial Court concerned, the petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023. 2.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to raise all the points at the appropriate stage of trial.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioner to raise all these points at an appropriate stage of the proceedings before the trial court concerned.
