Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.3 to take the required action on the basis of FIR No. 55 dated 02.02.2018, registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 465, 472 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Daba, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner, being a complainant, had got registered the above noted FIR, but by now no effective investigation has been done and challan has not been presented in the Court. For that purpose, petitioner has made a representation dated 01.08.2018 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Ludhaiana, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.
