Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.586 dated 23.12.2020, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 342, 379-B, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 24.09.2024 (Annexre P-2).

On the very outset, counsel for the petitioners submits that some of the concerned persons are not party(s) in the present petition, thus, she be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh and comprehensive one by impleading all the necessary parties. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought and recorded hereabove.
