The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case of FIR No.34 dated 20.04.2020, registered under Sections 302, 307, 34 IPC and Sections 25, 54, 59 of Arms Act, at Police Station Joga, District Mansa, Annexure P-1. 2.
Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody for the last 3 years and out of 31 witnesses only 6 have been examined, though 10 have been given up.

Learned State counsel assisted by learned counsel for the complainant submits that it is a case of double murder, wherein the husband as well as father-in-law of the petitioner were murdered. 4.
Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the present petition, however, prays that the trial Court be directed to decide SANDAL SHARMA 2023.05.05 18:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Learned State counsel submits that efforts shall be made to examine the remaining witnesses at the earliest.
