(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing list/order dated 17.01.2022 (Annexure P-7) and list dated 19.10.2022 (Annexure P-8), whereby the name of the petitioner has not been forwarded for the posts of Designated Officers and Food Safety Officers in respondent No.3-department on deputation basis. 2.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
