In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No. 3 has been selected on the basis of the forged documents qua his entitlement for getting the employment under the reserved category of economically weaker section.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents submitted by respondent No. 3 are forged documents as his father is in Government employment and his family income is much more than Rs. 6 lakhs, which is maximum limit to get the benefit under reserved category of economically weaker section.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has filed the present petition without approaching the department concerned by raising RIYA 2023.10.20 15:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP No. 24006-2023 -22023:PHHC:137344 the grievance as raised in the present petition, hence, in case, any representation alongwith the data/documents to substantiate his claim that the appointment sought by respondent No. 3 is on the basis of forged documents or by misleading the authorities, is filed by the petitioner before the appropriate authorities, the said representation will be looked into alongwith the documents submitted and after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as respondent No. 3, an appropriate decision be taken by the competent authority within a period of two months of the receipt of any such representation from the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, at this stage, with liberty to file a representation with respondents so as to raise all the claims as raised in the present petition.
