The petitioner in the crime case captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 439 r/w 483 CrPC seeking extension of interim bail granted to him vide order dated 12.09.2023, on the ground that he has met with an accident. 2.
Notice served upon the official respondent through the counsel appearing for the Union of India. Counsel appearing for Union of India submits that prayer is only for extension of interim order, petitioner is already out from jail and he was required to surrender on 16.10.2023 and given the nature of relief, this Court is proposing to extend, no response is required to file from the respondent. 3.
Petitioner's counsel has shown medico legal report of the petitioner, in which it is mentioned that nature of injuries are simple. Although the fact that he had met with an accident on 15.10.2023 i.e. one day prior to date of his surrender, on this ground alone, petitioner is entitled to extension of the interim bail till 02.11.2023. 4.
Without commenting on the case's merits, in the facts and circumstances peculiar to this case, and for the reasons mentioned above, the petitioner makes a case for extension of interim bail for limited period with retrospective effect from 16.10.2023 to 02.11.2023, subject to the same terms and conditions of the order dated 22.03.2023. There shall be no necessity to furnish fresh bonds and previous bonds shall continue till ANJU RANI 2023.10.31 15:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Any observation made hereinabove is neither an expression of opinion on the merits of the case nor shall the trial Court advert to these comments. 6.
The petitioner shall surrender in prison from where he was released, on or before 02.11.2023, by 2 p.m.

There would be no need for a certified copy of this order for furnishing bonds, and any Advocate for the Petitioner can download this order along with case status from the official web page of this Court and attest it to be a true copy. In case the attesting officer wants to verify the authenticity, such an officer can also verify its authenticity and may download and use the downloaded copy for attesting bonds. Petition is disposed of with liberty to file a fresh after surrender. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
