(ORAL) Petition herein is for quashing of FIR No.0468 dated 06.08.2021, registered under Sections 120-B, 170, 34, 384, 385, 406, 417, 419, 420, 465, 468, 471, 506 of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2) of the SC/ST Act, at Police Station Gharaunda along with all consequential proceedings.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that cancellation report has indeed been prepared and same is in the process of being filed before the competent Court.

In view of the aforesaid statement, no further proceedings are required. 4.

Disposed of. It is expected that expeditious steps will be taken to do the needful.
