CRM-24888-2021 Instant application has been filed for withdrawal of the main case as the matter between the parties has since been settled. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and CRR(F)-2418-2018 is taken up on Board today itself. CRR(F)-2418-2018 In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner in the above-mentioned application, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
