RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for setting aside the order dated 06.09.2022, Annexure P-6, passed by respondent No.1 vide which application, Annexure P-4, under the Punjab Religious Premises and Land (Eviction and Rent Recovery) Act, 1997 for ejectment of the petitioner from the shop in question filed by respondent No.2 has been wrongly allowed.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
