RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to extend/renew the contract letter with regard to his appointment for the post of Block Coordinator in the office of respondent No. 2 since 31.03.2019 to onwards and allow him to perform/discharge his duties to the post of Block Coordinator in the office of respondent No. 2 After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at length, the present petition is liable to be dismissed, as the petitioner was relieved on 31.03.2019. Moreover, it is not the case of the petitioner that after he was relieved, any other contractual employee has joined in his place. Once there is no work in the department, he has rightly been relieved. At this stage, no ground is made out to entertain the petition. Dismissed.
